1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly at vihaaethanics@gmail.com.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• ₹50 – ₹100 may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, based on location.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. During festive seasons or high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Regions: 5–8 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors like courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and/or SMS. You can track your package using the link provided.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or marked delivered but hasn’t reached you, please contact us within 48 hours at vihaaethanics@gmail.com.

8. Packaging

All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged parcel, please take photos and inform us immediately.
